Immediate dentures are fabricate while there are teeth remaining in the mouth. On the day of the extraction appointment the denture is also inserted. There is a post check up the following day to make any adjustments. After a month of healing tissue conditioners can be applied to help with the comfort and functionality of the denture. AFter 1 year of healing a reline is required to permanently fit the dentures to the bone structures at that time.
